Payments
Little Black Sheep Studio accepts credit/debit cards, etsy gift cards, and PayPal. Cash, checks and money orders not accepted. Items will not be shipped until payment has been received.
Shipping
All ready to ship items will be shipped via USPS Priority 1-3 business days from when the order is placed. Shipping and tracking information will be provided when available. Please message with rush shipping requests. (additional fees may be applied.) Custom orders will be shipped via USPS Priority 1-3 business days after order is completed and payment has been received.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders

Custom orders are always welcome! Feel free to contact me with any questions on custom sizes, colors, or designs. Custom orders usually take 2-3 weeks to complete from the date the order is placed, but depending on size and design may take longer.
